The Systems of Business Podcast
Every business is a network of systems. Some are carefully designed, some are accidental, and some are held together by one person who knows where everything is buried.
Each week, Damon Simms and Tony Gavin take a clear-eyed look at one part of that network, drawing on their own experience and conversations with guests who have built, led and improved organisations in the real world.
New episodes arrive every Tuesday, covering people, operations, marketing, technology and growth: what works, what fails in practice, and how businesses can operate more effectively.
